Samantha Sánchez

Samantha is a Lawyer who graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 1991. She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Michigan (1994) and a Doctor of Law degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela (2011).

Currently, she serves as an independent legal advisor in the corporate and contractual area, with 25 years of experience, working with multinationals in different economic sectors.

She is the author of several publications, among which the following stand out:

• Lobbying, Advocacy, and Interest Management (2020)
• Case Studies on Expropriation in Venezuela (2016)
• Trademark Expropriation in Venezuela (2011)
• Anti-Dumping and Subsidies Legislation (1994)
