Moritz Eiris
Moritz is a Lawyer who graduated from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 1982. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Graduated with Honors “Cum Laude” from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. He also holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Liverpool (Liverpool, England), a Master's degree in International Business Law from the Universitat de Barcelona (Barcelona, Spain), and a Master of Research in Social Sciences (MRes) from the University of Liverpool (Liverpool, England).
He currently serves as President of Latina Insurance Corporation S.L. (Spain), President of Latina Seguros y Reaseguros C.A. (Ecuador), President of Latina Salud S.A. (Ecuador), and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Latina Holdings S.A. (Peru).
He is the author of several works, among which the following stand out:
- “Doing Business in Venezuela” (Kluger Law & Taxation Publishers; The Netherlands, 1st Edition 1990 – 2nd Edition 1991 – 3rd Edition 1992).
- “The Consolidation of Earnings and Losses for Income Tax Purposes” (Publications of Banco Consolidado, 1989).
