Luis Alfredo Hernández
Luis Alfredo is a lawyer who graduated from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB) in 1989, with a specialization in Procedural Law obtained from the same institution in 1995.
He served as an external rapporteur in matters of Procedural Law in the Political-Administrative Chamber of the then Supreme Court of Justice.
He is the author of multiple studies, articles, and monographs in the areas of Procedural Law and Labor Law.
Currently, he practices as a professor of General Theory of Evidence at UCAB, and has taught courses such as General Theory of Process and Third Level Practices at the same university. At the postgraduate level, he has been a professor of Theory of Jurisdiction and General Theory of Evidence at both UCAB and the Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV).
His areas of specialization include: Civil and Commercial Procedural Law, litigation, alternative dispute resolution (arbitration and mediation), Labor Law, and Collective Bargaining.
