Jaiber Núñez
A Lawyer graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB) in 2015, where he was awarded the prestigious Caracciolo Parra León Prize. He possesses a solid academic foundation with completed studies in the Master's in Constitutional Law at UCAB (with a thesis in progress), complemented by Diplomas in Governance, Management, and Public Administration, and in Competency-Based Teaching.
His professional career is currently developed at Hexa Legal, as well as in teaching and research in Public Law. He currently serves as an undergraduate and postgraduate Professor at UCAB and UCV, teaching courses in Constitutional Law and Transitional Justice. Furthermore, he is a Researcher at the Institute for Legal Research at UCAB, focusing his lines of work on Public Law, State Reform, and the intersection of technology and law (Legaltech).
In the editorial and recognition sphere, Núñez Urdaneta is a prominent figure. He is the Editor of the UCAB Law Faculty Review and a member of the Editorial Board of the Yearbook of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies. For his contribution to the legal field, he has received the "Miguel José Sanz" Order in its Second Class from the Illustrious Bar Association of Caracas (2024), and a recognition from the Municipal Council of the Baruta Municipality (2023). His intellectual work includes various publications as co-author and compiler, addressing topics ranging from public procurement and good governance to the constitutionalization of children's rights and the legal viability of fiscal rules in Venezuela.
