Alfredo Almandoz
Alfredo is a lawyer who graduated from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB), where he also completed postgraduate studies in 2006. He completed the Advanced Management Program (PAG 90) at the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración (IESA).
He has a solid track record in litigation within the areas of Civil and Commercial Law, Administrative and Contentious-Administrative Law, as well as in arbitration, consumer protection, and business consulting. His experience covers contractual, corporate, manufacturer liability, and the regulation of product and service promotions and offers.
He currently serves as an undergraduate professor at Universidad Monteávila. Furthermore, he holds and has held prominent positions in the field of arbitration and corporate legal affairs, including:
- Former President of the Legal Affairs Committee of VENANCHAM
- Arbitrator at the Arbitration Center of the Caracas Chamber of Commerce
- Arbitrator at the Business Conciliation and Arbitration Center
- Honorary President of the Venezuelan Chapter of the Spanish Arbitration Club
- Former Vice President of National Affairs of the Venezuelan Arbitration Association (AVA)
